2024 Harvest
Almost all our inventory from last season is sold out!
We've completed the 2024 Harvest and are just awaiting an order of bottles and then we will add the new stock to the site.
Some sad news is that we will not have any Brookside honey for 2024, weather and bee conditions were not cooperative this year. We are re-evaluating this apiary for next year and are considering a move.

In 2020 we opened our secondary apiary in the southern part of Beaver Bank Nova Scotia. The hives are located just a stone's throw from Tucker Lake which offers the bees a fantastic water source. Beaver Bank offers quite a huge variety of flower sources for the bees, so there is quite a bit of variation in the honey that we extract.
Our hives are surrounded by apple, pear and cherry trees as well as walnut and ornamental flowers. Spring sees a lot of Dandelion while during summer, Queen Anne's Lace is prominent.
Honey from this apiary tends to be medium in color and light in flavor with occasional citrus notes.
All of our raw honey is cold extracted by hand and unpasteurized for maximum flavor.
