MS Wildflower Honey (NEW)

Description

Our newest apiary MS (Middle Sackville) opened spring 2025!

Honey from this apiary tends to be light in colour and has a slightly herbal but flowery taste.

The hives at the apiary are in a wooded area of Middle Sackville, surrounded by lakes and spruce. The weather here tends to be similar to the Annapolis Valley, warmer and sunny, with less rain and fog as we saw in our Brookside apiary. We keep a close eye on the bees here as the area can dry out rather quicky.

All of our raw honey is cold extracted by hand and unpasteurized for maximum flavour.
